The present General Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and Sales (herinafter "General Conditions") regulate the use of the website brische.com (herinafter, the website) that Brische cosmetics, S.L. (hereinafter Brische), makes available; access to the website with proportional information about products and services, couriers and/or third parties, facilitate access to these services, as well as the contracting of services and goods (all referred to as "Services") to the people.

Brische, based in Calle Consejo de Ciento 591, 08013 Barcelona, is an association of limited Spanish liability of the present website whose use is regulated by this document, with the CIF number B-62489869 and registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, Tome 33317, Page 89, Sheet B229543. For the website's nature, content and objective, the navigation that is carried out must be done on the status of the client, which is acquired according to correct procedures. Therefore, the cited condition of the client supposes the acceptance of the General Conditions in the published version in the moment that the website is accessed. Brische reserves the right to modify, at any moment, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as the present General Conditions. For this reason, Brische recommends that the client reads the information carefully every time that they access the website.

 In any case, there are webpages accessible to the general public, regarding to which Brische also wishes to comply with its legal obligations, as well as to regulate the use of these pages. In this regard, the users that access these parts of the website accept being subject to the terms and conditions cited in the General Conditions due to the fact that they have accessed the website.

 Finally, for the website’s own nature, it’s possible that the content of the present General Conditions are changed or modified. For this reason, the clients, as well as other users who don’t have the same status, are obliged to access the present General Conditions, each time that they access the website, assuming that the current corresponding conditions apply to them. 

 2. Access and Security

 Access to the Services requires previous registration from the users, once they accept the General Conditions, becoming considered as clients and forming a part of the “Private Community of Brische”.

 The ID of the member will be composed of his/her email address and a password. In order for the member to access his/her account, they must include this ID as well as a password that must contain a minimum of six characters.

 The use of the password is personal and non-transferrable. It is not permitted to share your password with anybody, even on a temporary basis. In this regard, the client compromises himself to making a diligent use of the website and keeping a secret, assuming all responsibility for the consequences of his exposure to third parties.

 In the event that the member knows or suspects the use of his password by third parties, he must modify his password immediately when he enters the website.

 3. Correct use of the website

The client is obliged to use the Services in a correct, lawful and diligent way and, in particular, in an expository and non-restrictive manner. The client is compromised to abstain from:

·         (a) using the website in an illegal, immoral way which is generally against acceptable public behaviour;

·         (b) reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through whichever mode of public communication, transforming or modifying the Services, unless permission is given by an authorised person;

·         (c) carrying out any act that could be considered a violation of any intellectual or industrial property belonging to Brische or third parties;

·         (d) employing the Services and, in particular, the information of any kind through the website in order to send advertisements, profit-seeking communications or with any other commercial objective, unsolicited messages directed at several people whatever the purpose, as well as commercializing or divulging any such information.
